Pearl Package
To completely plan and organise every aspect of an 'away from it all' wedding
for those who want an intimate celebration with perhaps a few friends around
them for the ceremony, celebration dinner and your relaxing visit to these
islands, creating your budget, recommending a selection of
vendors from up to six categories, checking availability, confirming your
bookings, preparing a detailed timeline schedule for the day, attending and
organising the rehearsal (if you require a one) and supporting you through to the ceremony to make sure
everything runs as smooth as possible.
This service costs £599 and includes up to 15 hours of service and support.
Amethyst Package
Planning and budgeting Service to identify all aspects of your wedding and give
you a realistic budget for the wedding of your dreams This service is for
couples who want to do most of the planning themselves but just want a hand to
get started. This service is included free within Diamond, Pearl,
Sapphire and Emerald Packages.
This service costs £99
Couples using this plan may also wish to use the Ruby Package.
Ruby Package
On-the-day service actually starts prior to The Day and includes a walk-through of your booked vendors and check
details, attend and organise rehearsal, full day attendance, prior to ceremony,
at ceremony and at reception - to a maximum of 8 hours on the day.
This service costs £399
Sapphire Package
To plan your wedding and create your budget, recommending a choice of
vendors each from up to six categories, checking availability, confirming your
bookings.
This service costs £499
On-the-Day services can be provided by our Ruby Package.
Emerald Package
To plan your wedding and create your budget, recommending a choice of vendors
each from unlimited number of categories, checking availability, confirming
your bookings.
This service costs £799
On-the-Day services can be provided by our Ruby Package.
Diamond Package
To completely plan and organise every aspect of your wedding, creating your
budget, recommending a selection of vendors for each category
that you require, checking availability, confirming your bookings, preparing a
detailed timeline schedule for the day, attending and organising the rehearsal
and supporting you throughout the day to make sure everything runs as smooth as
possible.
This service is charged at 10% of the selected vendors' fees, with a minimum combined vendor cost of £20,000. This includes up to 40 hours of service and support - This package starts at £1,999
Silicon Package
We offer our clients a wedding web-page to
give details of their wedding, show their wedding list and after the event to
post pictures of the wedding. This will be available from 7 days after contract
right through to six months after the wedding.
This service is included FREE with Diamond, Sapphire & Emerald Packages or charged at £99 with Pearl, Ruby or Amethyst packages.
Quartz Plan
For services that you require outside of our packages we charge an hourly
rate of £39. We will always let you know in advance if something you have asked us
to do is outside of your contracted package so there are no unexpected bills.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm your contract. 50% of
the balance is due at walk-through stage, approximately 4 to 6 weeks prior to the
wedding. The remaining balance is due at rehearsal.
Taxation
The Channel Islands are exempt from VAT so the price quoted is the price that
you pay.
Insurance
We require that all clients take out event insurance. This is for your
protection so that if something happens that prevents the wedding taking place
or forces you to postpone it, you will not be left with the problem of paying
vendors. We are not insurance brokers and therefore cannot advise you but we can
give you information on a choice of insurers - or talk to your broker.
Weddings on the Other Island
We can plan and co-ordinate your wedding in Guernsey, Jersey,
Alderney or Herm. For on-the-day support we add inter-island travel
costs and two nights modest accommodation on the island of your event.
Travel
We can meet you outside of Sark but we do have to add the cost of
travel and accommodation. These are booked carefully and conservatively.
Payments to Vendors
this is your responsibility but we will advise you as to when they are due.
We Also Offer
We can also organise Renewal of Vows, Reunions, Anniversary and Birthday Parties,
Christenings and Naming Ceremonies. Bob Parsons is a Celebrant with
Civil Ceremonies Ltd.
We can also organise Conferences and Training Events.
